Tackling the Tough Skills (Available beginning in 2010)
This new curriculum focuses on five key elements that contribute to individual success. Through this interactive and educational experience addressing attitude, responsibility, communication, problem/solving * decision-making, and effective preparation for the workplace, participants seeking to make a significant personal change, prepare themselves for their future through the purposeful development of self. The educational experiences can be requested in individual modules or as a complete series.
Texas Friendly – Hospitality Training (Available in 2010)
This new educational program is an intensive educational experience that will provide participants with an opportunity to identify, improve, and increase their repertoire of skills in effective customer service with the goal of retaining and increasing an organization’s or business’ customer base, while also equipping them with the needed tools that enable them to provide positive experiences for all of their customers/clientele. (Available in a variety of ways for a variety of audiences; workshop, lecture, seminar, groups, training, etc.)
